Custom homes in Post Oak Estates
A small enclave of one- to three-acre lots in south Leander, five minutes from the 1890 Ranch shopping and Costco. Big homes, circle drives, fenced yards, and very few sales in any given year.
Three-acre privacy, five minutes from Costco.
Post Oak Estates is a handful of streets in south Leander where the lots run one to three acres and average about an acre and a half. The homes match the lots: around 4,400 square feet on average, five bedrooms typical, built between the late 1990s and the early 2010s. Circle driveways and privacy fencing are the norm.
There's an active HOA, but no amenity center. What you get instead is room, quiet, and a location closer to Cedar Park than most acreage neighborhoods.
Schools are Leander ISD: Block House Creek Elementary, Wiley Middle and Rouse High.
Building in Post Oak Estates
Because the homes span fifteen years of construction, a lot of them are candidates for a serious remodel or an addition, and the acreage makes that easy. Guest casitas, detached shops and outdoor kitchens fit without a fight. On occasion a family buys an older home here for the lot and asks us to rebuild.
If a lot comes up, every one of our plans fits, with room left for a pool. We'll walk it before you close.
