Cities and towns we build in.
We're based in Leander, and most of our homes go up within a 30 to 40 minute drive of it. Here's where that takes us.

Leander, TX
About 30 miles northwest of downtown Austin on US 183 and the 183A toll road, with a MetroRail station downtown. Leander has grown from about 7,000 people in 2000 to more than 80,000 today, and it still has neighborhoods with half-acre to multi-acre lots that look like the Hill Country. Leander ISD schools, the Crystal Falls Golf Club, and Lake Travis about twenty minutes west.
This is where we live and where most of our work is. We know the lots, the HOAs, the folks at the city permitting office, and the ground under the slab.

Our floor plans are designed for half-acre lots and up, so we've listed the acreage and custom-lot communities first. We build in the master-planned communities too when the lot and the builder rules allow it.

Already own land? Start there.
Most of the homes we build go on a lot the client already owns. Send us the address or the listing and we'll walk it with you, look at setbacks, slope, utilities and the HOA rules, and tell you what it can hold before you spend a dollar on plans.
If you're still shopping for land, we'll do the same for any lot you're considering. Finding out about a septic field or a drainage easement is a lot cheaper before closing than after.
Questions about where we build.
Do you build on lots I already own?
Yes. Most of our homes are built on the client's own lot in Leander, Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Jonestown, Lago Vista, Cedar Park and the northwest side of Austin. If you're still looking for land, we can tell you what a given lot will and won't support before you buy it.
What lot size do your floor plans need?
Most of our plans are designed for a half-acre lot or larger. The Mark plan needs about three quarters of an acre. Every plan can be adjusted to fit a specific lot, setback or view.
Will you build in a gated or HOA neighborhood?
Yes. We handle the architectural review submission and HOA approvals as part of our process, before the final contract price is signed.
How far from Leander will you build?
Our regular service area is Williamson County and northern Travis County, roughly a 30 to 40 minute drive from Leander. If your lot is a little farther out, ask. We look at each one.
Tell us where you want to build.
A neighborhood, a lot you're watching, or just a general direction. We'll tell you what it costs to build there and what to watch out for.
